About True Nation

True Nation Events was founded with the mission of creating an unparalleled experience for youth and high school lacrosse players. With the explosion of lacrosse over the past decade, many tournaments and showcases have started to prioritize profits over player experience. True Nation is seeking to change that. At all True Nation Events, the players are the priority.

True Nation hosts a wide variety of lacrosse events across the US. At the youth level, we specialize in events that focus on player development and fun. Our high school events typically promote a more competitive environment, placing an emphasis on preparing players to make the jump to the collegiate level and helping them gain the exposure to get there.

Our calendar is constantly updating and evolving. To see our upcoming events, please click here or sign up for our newsletter here.

True Nation Events is based out of the Chicagoland area in Illinois, but has a national footprint. Hosting events on the East Coast, West Coast, and everywhere in between.

This varies depending on the event. We offer everything from beginner youth camps to elite-level high school recruiting events. If you are unsure of the skill level of a given event, please reach out to, and we will be happy to help clarify!

True Nation Events will have medical supervision that is compliant with US Lacrosse and local regulations at all events.

This can be located in your LeagueApps account.

With True Nation Events being predominantly for True Lacrosse Teams/Players, we typically avoid “Free Agent” registration for team events. However, if your child plays for True Lacrosse and would like to participate in a True Nation Event that their program is not currently registered to play in, please reach out to directly, and we will work with you to find a solution.

This depends on the specific event. If you are curious about your status for a specific event, please contact

Players are permitted to play up a grad year, but not down. For example, a team that has players graduating in both 2023 and 2024 would have to play in the 2023 division.

Most True Nation Events are specifically for True Lacrosse Teams and their players, but eligibility varies depending on the event. For example, youth players are not eligible for high school events and vice versa. More information about this can be found on each specific event page.
